Concrete construction hall

Length frame structural system:

In this structural system both one or more halls’ building can be formed. The main characteristic of the system is the structural system for covering the area. In this case the primary load bearing structure falls into the direction of a bigger raster size with a big wingspan prestressed reinforced concrete beam, whereas the secondary load bearing structure are the ridge-poles (steel or reinforced concrete) or a trapezoid plate with high corrugation. At the length frame structural system the slope of the roof is secured by a big wingspan prestressed reinforced concrete beam which length is usually 9-30 meters. The gradient can be ensured by the geometry of the beam (with a slope of 3-10% non parallel gridle) or can be solved with another beam which has a parallel and non parallel gridle.

Short frame structural system:

In this structural system both one or more halls’ building can be formed. The main characteristic of the system is the structural system for covering the area. In this case the primary load bearing structure falls into the direction of a smaller raster size with a prestressed reinforced concrete beam (short frame), the secondary load bearing structure are the  prestressed reinforced concrete ridge-poles („T”, „I”) with parallel of non parallel gridles. At the short frame structural system the slope of the roof is secured by a big wingspan prestressed reinforced concrete beam which length is usually 9-30 meters. The gradient can be ensured by the geometry of the beam (with a slope of 3-10% non parallel gridle) or can be solved with another beam which has a parallel and non parallel gridle.

Multi-storey buildings:

By using our structural elements multi-storey frame-systems can be built almost without layout informality. Their statical modell highly differs from the one-storied halls. It is especially important to secure the rigidity of the building. The reinforcement of the multi-storey buildings can be secured by monolith reinforced concrete stiffener walls or ceramic frame-filling walls. The pillars of the multi-storey buildings can be formed by one structural element or with extension.
